FD 6202 Series for Folding & Inserting
The Advanced Office Mailing Solution
The 6202 Series brings advanced folding & inserting technology and flexibility to the office environment. The unique AutoSetTM feature allows for one-touch setup of new jobs by automatically measuring paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths.
Recurring and frequent jobs run in AutoSetTM can also be stored as a programmed job setting for hassle-free setup and operation. The powerful folding system enables the 6202 Series to accurately fold up to five sheets of paper at the same time.

FD 6302 Series for Folding & Inserting
Fully Automatic 3-Station Inserter
The 6302 Series Inserters provide high productivity in a quiet, space-saving design. The 6302-Standard 3 comes with three standard automatically adjusting feed stations. The 6302-Special 3 has two standard feeders and one special feeder that can be adjusted for glossy and thicker stock.
Insert feeders accommodate up to 325 sheets each, and the envelope hopper holds up to 325 envelopes. A new full-color touchscreen control panel, combined with 20 programmable jobs, provides efficient and hassle-free operation.
The 6302 is powerful enough to fold up to 6 pages in tri-fold and up to 8 pages in half-fold modes. Its versatility allows for processing forms of various lengths and thickness all at the same time, up to 3,500 per hour and up to 40,000 pieces per month. The exclusive AutoSetTM feature makes processing forms a snap by sensing and automatically setting the paper length, paper thickness, fold type, envelope size and double document detection.

FD 6402 Series for Folding & Inserting
Fully Automatic 2, 4 or 6-Station Inserter
Available in six basic configurations, the 6402 Series can be adapted for almost any folding and inserting application. Two, four and six-station models are available to meet your particular needs. Each configuration is also offered as a “B” model* for inserting bottom address documents into top flap envelopes.
The FD 6402-Standard 2 has two standard feeders with all the advanced features of the 6402 Series. The FD 6402-Special 2 has one standard feeder and one special feeder for processing glossy and heavier paper stock. The 6402 Series Inserters deliver unmatched flexibility and power needed for high-end productivity in a sleek compact design that is ideal for the office environment.
